The Kleenoil Filtration System is a bypass oil filter that passes only a small portion of the total oil flow through a very dense filter cartridge at about 2 to 3 litres per minute. At this speed, it is possible to remove particles down to 1 micron and totally remove water, greatly decreasing engine wear and prolonging oil life. By eliminating water and particle contamination, the Kleenoil Filtration System can extend oil life up to 5 times and hydraulic oil life up to 10 times, reduce engine and component wear, and dramatically reduce downtime. Before you install your new KleenOil Filtration System it is recommended that you take a sample which will provide you with a baseline. Once you have installed you new Kleenoil Filtration System and have run a full cycle on the oil take another sample.
All the oil samples that we collect are sent to Agat Laboratories in Calgary Alberta.
